By signing up, you agree to these terms and conditions:

1.) The Locals is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged products.
2.) You (the vendor) will be in charge of stocking and re-stocking your shelf as well as updating your inventory in the back end.
3.) You must set up your shelf on the first day of your rental cycle.
4.) You must pick up your products no later than 10 business days after your rental cycle.
5.) Any products not picked up within the allotted time period will be mailed out to you at your own expense.
6.) You agree to advertise and promote your pop up shelf at The Locals Outlet Collection
7.) Your products will only be available for purchase in person at our Outlet Location
